Students have abilities and disabilities on a continuum. Assessments give parents information about their child's intellectual abilities and patterns of strength and weakness. Academic achievement test will show if the student is learning at the expected level. For those students not sure of career choice may benefit from interest inventory assessment and emotional intelligence assessment.  Parent may have questions about impulsiveness, inattention, and emotional regulation in their children. Through assessments, the level of severity may be compared with same age peers.
